To be fair if I had a Genie appear out of the lamp and he offered me us playing back at UP but as a sacrifice we would have to be relegated... I'd take that... however I would draw the line at getting Allardyce back ... I would embrace the Hotpoint stadium before that happening

i really can't see any championship club paying money for him whilst also covering his 90k a week wages, for a crock. in fact unless we sack him i highly doubt we'd be able to get shot unless we gave him a freebie and paid off at least half his contract.

There are still a lot of people in the game and i agree. he's a handful on his day. So maybe a championship club will snap him up for few million which is better than nothing.
Then wages could be problem.He could also refuse any move and see out his contact like other players have in the past or take a pay off.

Forget the others Carroll has a lot of history. He's missed 50% of the games in the 4 years or more since he's been at the club.Various people in football have said in the past that he needs to look after himself better.
I've always backed Carroll in the past but enough is enough. I think Sullivan should throw the book at him and off load him in January if he can.

Saying about relegation all depends on the context it is used in for me.
